Loren Lifka (He/They) is a Hair Designer, Educator, and small business owner based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. With a creative eye informed by years of training in fine arts, Loren brings a meticulous and thoughtful approach to hairstyling; specializing in fine-density hair, multi-dimensional color of all hues/shades, and precision cutting. A lifelong learner with a background as a homeschool student, Loren developed early self-discipline, curiosity, and independence; qualities that now shape their client care and business philosophy. They hold a B.S. in Mass Media & Marketing and bring over 16 years of leadership experience in business. Since earning their cosmetology license in 2018, Loren has continued to refine their craft while building a salon experience rooted in clarity, creativity, and connection. As a queer person with ADHD, Loren is a proud advocate for the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent communities. Their mission behind the chair is to provide a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space where every client feels seen and celebrated; honoring individual identity and expression of personal style through hair. When not behind the chair, Loren enjoys going to concerts (exploring music of all kinds), consuming far too much Sci-Fi/ Fantasy content, and pretending to like being outdoors. _____________________________________ L2 Hair Studio reserves the right to change any policy or to refuse service at anytime. _____________________________________ Operating Hours Pricing: $65/ hour all services (1 hour minimum to book) Extended Hours Pricing: $150/ hour (1 hour minimum to book) * Special Circumstance fee for appointment for days or times outside of standard operating hours; and for each hour a service surpasses 8 hours. _____________________________________ Online Booking Request Policy: - Online booking is a REQUEST, not a guarantee of time and date. - Consultations are the only online booking request that will be approved for new color guests, or clients who have not had color maintenance in 6 months or longer. - To maximize my schedule, I book on the hour. To streamline appointment approval please request a “:00” time slot. - Saturdays are reserved for returning clients to pre-book their appointments. At the beginning of each month, the remaining Saturday availability will be open for online booking requests. _____________________________________ Visitor Policy: - Due to limited space, L2 Hair Studio does not allow you to bring anyone with you to your appointment (this includes partners and children). If you need to have something brought to you, it must be dropped off. - Guest’s under the age of 18 may be accompanied by a guardian. _____________________________________ Silent Services: - A “Silent Service” at L2 Hair Studio is an appointment with no small talk; apart from conversation about the service itself (consult, directions or safety checks) - If you would like your service to be a “Silent Service” please mention it at the beginning of your appointment. _____________________________________ Loyalty Program: - Every 8 appointments, receive 25% off one appointment (total service cost) - Ask for details at your next appointment * Discount cannot be used at the “8th” appointment or combined with any other service discount offer. _____________________________________ Color Referral Program: - For every 5 friends you refer for a color service, receive 25% off one appointment - Ask for details at your next appointment * Discount cannot be combined with any other service discount offer. _____________________________________

Cancellation Policy

Effective: November 1, 2025 L2 Hair Studio will be implementing a New Deposit and Cancelation Policy • Clients who purchased services in 2025 (and prior to 11/1/2025) are exempt from deposits for pre-booked appointments (appointments scheduled in person); and remain exempt provided that they visit L2 Hair Studio LLC a minimum of once in a 12 month period. • These clients are permitted up to 2 cancellations / no-shows per calendar year. Rescheduling is limited to 1 additional appointment block. Exceeding these limits will revoke the deposit exemption. ⸻ Online Booking All online bookings—for both new and returning clients—require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. ⸻ New Guest Booking All new guests are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book an appointment. • A “new guest” is defined as either: a first-time guest or returning clients who did not purchase services in the past 12 months. ⸻ Deposit Details • deposit per service: - $25/ hr for services lasting up to 3 hours (excluding consultations) - $150 for Half-Day Package - $250 for Full-Day Package • Deposits are applied to the final cost of your service. • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Additional rescheduling of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. • Deposits are forfeited in cases of: - Cancellations (rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, or choosing not to proceed with the service with less than 72 hour notice) - No-shows (missing the appointment without prior contact) - Contact options include text (preferred), phone call, or email. ⸻ Late Arrival • Please notify me as soon as possible if you’re running behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • If notice is provided, deposits may be transfer once to a new appointment block. • If no notice is provided and the appointment can no longer be accommodated, deposits are forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⸻ Emergency Exceptions Exceptions may be made in emergency situations, defined as: • Serious health or wellbeing concerns affecting you, your immediate family, or individuals in your care. • State, national, or global health and safety directives from governing agencies (example: shelter in place orders) ——————— Legal Notice By booking an appointment with L2 Hair Studio LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
